This Veterans Day, we honor Christian Gonzalez, Comcast’s Network Maintenance Manager serving the Mountain West Region. Christian, a Marine Corps veteran, joined Comcast in 2005 and has built a nearly 20-year career with the company.

Christian’s journey in the military began in 1998 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps, driven by a desire to serve his country.

During his four-year service, Christian served as a field wireman and communications technician with the 3rd Marine Regiment stationed in Kāneʻohe Bay, Hawaii, Hawaii. Rising to the rank of sergeant, Christian led a squad within the communications platoon.

In 2005, Christian joined Comcast as a technician in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Since then, Christian’s career at Comcast has spanned numerous roles, from technician to network supervisor to his current position as a network maintenance manager in Southern Colorado. Reflecting on his nearly two decades with Comcast, he says, “Comcast consistently demonstrates unwavering support for veterans. By actively hiring veterans and military spouses, the company is giving back to those who have served.”

We thank Christian for his service and the integrity and leadership he provides at Comcast.

At Comcast, we’re committed to supporting and celebrating the military community—not just during Veterans and Military Families Month, but all year long.
